Deutsche Bank Nederland and KBC Bank Nederland have financed Van Rooijen for purposes of the acquisition of a new distribution center and for purposes of refinancing certain existing financial indebtedness. Van Rooijen is a provider of logistic services with offices in the Netherlands and Belgium.
