Stek advises Stedin on equity issue to 23 provinces and municipalities as new shareholders

Stek has advised grid operator Stedin Group on an equity issue of € 34,8 million to 23 new shareholders being two provinces and 21 municipalities. The investment further strengthens Stedin’s equity position and evidences the engagement of the public shareholders within the geographic service area of Stedin. This concludes Stedin’s search for additional equity capital over the past four years. Stedin will continue to focus on its investment challenges in expanding and strengthening its energy infrastructure.
