We are pleased to announce that Claudia Beele – member of our Corporate practice group – is appointed counsel at Stek on 1 July 2019.
Claudia represents enterprises, investors and financial institutions in respect of joint ventures, investments and mergers and acquisitions and has a strong focus on the (renewable) energy sector. Claudia has ample experience in a broad range of energy projects and regularly advises on the corporate and contract law aspects of projects in relation to (project) financings. Claudia furthermore heads our German desk. She started her career in the energy projects practice of Stibbe and joined our firm in 2011.
