COVID-19: Update from Stek
Stek remains fully operational and can be reached as normal

From the start of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis we have monitored and followed the various measures that were taken by the authorities and of course we follow our government’s guidelines. Our most important priorities are the health and well-being of our employees, clients and other contacts and the public health in general, as well as to ensure our ability to continue providing the highest quality of service to our clients. In accordance with governmental guidance, as of Friday March 13 our employees work remotely until further notice. We have put in place systems which will enable our firm to remain fully operational during this time. Without interruption, our lawyers and staff will continue to provide the high quality of service to which our clients are accustomed. As of March 17, the Courts do not have any hearings, unless the matter is so urgent it cannot await to be heard. If you have any questions regarding deadlines and/or hearings, please contact the relevant person within Stek to get more detailed advice. The situation changes daily. We are closely monitoring the guidance and decisions of the World Health Organization, the Dutch government, and the European institutions.
