Stek advised ING Bank and Rabobank on the financing of 85 Degrees Renewable’s geothermal wells and related heat infrastructure in Bleiswijk, for an amount of up to €200 million.

85 Degrees Renewable is a geothermal energy company focused on providing direct heating energy to agricultural, residential and industrial customers. The project comprises the development of geothermal wells, installations and heating networks at the Verweijweg and Petuniaweg locations in Bleiswijk, supporting the delivery of sustainable heat to local users.
