Gerard de Jongh is part of our regulatory practice group. He specialises in civil law with a focus on energy trade and energy supply and advises and litigates on predominantly energy law matters (generation and trading of renewables, heat, electricity and natural/green gas) in both the large (b2b) market as in the regulated area of the energy market. He also represents clients in civil proceedings against other market participants or in procedures vis-à-vis the competent authorities and regulators. Gerard regularly publishes in his field of expertise. Prior to joining Stek, he worked as a legal counsel at Vattenfall and as a lawyer at Pels Rijcken.
