Stek successful for Liander in transport capacity dispute

Stek successfully represented energy distribution system operator Liander in summary proceedings before the North Holland District Court against one of its customers.

The customer, a horticulturist who also generates energy, was causing problems on the electricity grid by using too much transport capacity. Liander successfully claimed that the customer should limit itself to the contracted transport capacity of 50 kW on pain of forfeiting penalties. The judgment has been published and can be accessed via this link (in Dutch).
