Stek shortlisted in multiple categories for M&A Awards 2017

Stek has been shortlisted in multiple nominations for the upcoming M&A Awards 2017. Following its nomination in 2016, Stek has again been nominated Best Dutch M&A Law Boutique. In addition, Frans Haak has been nominated Best Banking and Finance Lawyer.

Furthermore, Stek has been involved in two of the six transactions nominated for ‘Best Deal Midmarket’ (Standard Investment/Riedel and Shell/NewMotion).
