Guest lecture on the legal aspects of Search Funds

Last week, Ruben Tros and Dirk de Graeff shared their knowledge on the legal aspects of search funds with the students of the Executive MBA program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Search funds – an investment model whereby one or two individuals form an investment vehicle with a small group of aligned investors to search for, acquire, and lead a privately held company for the medium to long term – are becoming increasingly popular in the Netherlands.
