Stek advises Springbok on the acquisition of Adeptiv from PostNL

The Belgian Springbok has acquired the shares in Adeptiv and its subsidiaries SearchResult, Yourzine and Kernel Works from PostNL. By the acquisition a strong international organization is created that represents 280 employees, making it one of the largest digital marketing agencies in the Benelux. Stek represented Springbok in this transaction.
