We are delighted to announce that Charlotte Groenhout, Gerard de Jongh and Koen Friedericy joined Stek.
Charlotte is an associate in our Corporate group. She advises private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate law issues. Prior to joining Stek in November 2022, Charlotte was an associate in the corporate departments of Lexence.
Gerard is part of Stek’s Energy Team. He advises and litigates on predominantly energy law matters (renewable projects, electricity and gas) in the regulated area of the energy market. Prior to joining Stek, Gerard worked as an associate at Dutch law firm Pels Rijcken, and as a (senior) Legal Counsel at Vattenfall.
Koen is an associate in our Corporate group. He advises private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate law issues. Prior to joining Stek, Koen was an associate at Simmons & Simmons.
