Stek advises Templafy on the acquisition of iWriter

The Danish global market leader in template management software Templafy ApS has acquired the Dutch-based brand identity and template management software provider Master IT Solutions B.V., acting under the name iWRITER. Both Templafy and Iwriter give access to Microsoft Office templates in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel. By acquiring iWRITER, Templafy has added 1,200 business customers and more than 350,000 individual users to its client base, as a result of which it now has more than one million users. Stek advised Templafy through the Danish law firm and lead counsel Plesner on the Dutch aspects of the transaction.
