Stek has advised SC Pack on the strategic acquisition of Frapak Packaging. Frapak is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic packaging, offering bottles, jars, pumps, sprayers, triggers and closures, serving the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical and food segments.
The acquisition is part of SC Pack’s European growth strategy, focusing on external growth and bolstering its integrated production and distribution platform in the packaging sector. With Frapak onboard, SC Pack further broadens its product- and material mix, strengthens its offering in markets demanding high sustainability standards (e.g. rPET), and increases capacity for innovation.
