Stek has advised IK Partners and Francks Kylindustri on the acquisitions of Nijssen B.V. and Ventri Techniek B.V., two Dutch specialists in refrigeration, climate technology, and agricultural storage solutions.
Francks Kylindustri, a portfolio company of IK Partners, is a leading Nordic provider of industrial and commercial refrigeration solutions and operating from more than 50 locations across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The acquisitions mark the group’s entry into the Dutch market and represent a key step in its broader European expansion strategy.
Nijssen is a knowledge-driven specialist in industrial refrigeration and precision climate control, with deep expertise in life sciences, controlled environment agriculture, and industrial applications. Ventri Techniek is a leading specialist in storage technology for agricultural products. Together, the two companies form a strong Dutch platform for Francks Kylindustri, covering applications from highly controlled research and production environments to large-scale agricultural storage.
