Stek successful for Liander in appeal before the CBb

Stek has successfully represented Liander in appeal before the Adminitrative High Court for Trade and Industry (CBb).

A wind park operator appealed the decision of energy regulator ACM, in which the ACM ruled that Liander was allowed to charge the costs of a cable route study pursuant to sector-specific regulations. Liander intervened in the appeal as a third party. Siding with Liander and the ACM, the CBb has dismissed the appeal.
