Stek victorious for Liander before ACM on costs cable route study

Stek has successfully represented energy distribution company Liander in a dispute resolution procedure before the Dutch energy regulator (ACM) initiated by a large wind park operator. The wind producer claimed that Liander had invoiced it for the costs of a cable route study in violation of the sector-specific rules.

By decision of 19 November 2020 ACM dismissed the complaint and ruled that Liander could charge the costs as part of its connection service.
