Stek advises UniGasket on the ascquisition of a majority stake in Polyfluor Plastics, a Netherlands-based company active in the field of high-quality fluorplastic products. UniGasket is an Italian-based company and a market leader in the field of PTFE-products. Polyfluor Plastics buys for its own account and resells durable, corrosion-resistant and high-quality fluorplastic products and has its office in Breda. This acquisition represents a further step in the ambition of UniGasket to expand internationally.
