Stek advises Brabant Water on the sale of Hydreco Geomec to ENGIE

Investor in sustainable energy ENGIE Services Nederland has acquired Hydreco Geomec from HydroCare, a subsidiary of Brabant Water. Hydreco Geomec is a rapidly growing company in the field of geothermal heat development and production with a solid mission: to contribute to the transition to sustainable energy with geothermal heat in the Netherlands. The acquisition will strengthen ENGIE’s position in producing and providing geothermal energy to its customers and will allow ENGIE to broaden and deepen its portfolio of sustainable energy resources.
