Stek advised M80 Partners on the acquisition of Ambi Pack

The Belgian private equity fund M80 Partners has acquired Ambi Pack, through one of its portfolio companies acting under the name NaturaCare. Ambi Pack is a Dutch food supplement manufacturer and packager which is also active in Germany. The acquisition allows NaturaCare to expand geographically into the Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics and, together with the French food supplement producer Strapharm and the Belgian food supplement producer Hedelab, NaturaCare now forms a European full-service CDMO group.
