The Stek finance team has extensive experience in structuring and documenting domestic and cross-border financings, both for lenders and borrowers. Working in small, dedicated teams that always provide partner-led service, we handle complex finance transactions.
Our years of specialist expertise and hands-on pragmatic approach make us the go-to firm for finance transactions, including:

- project finance (focusing specifically on (renewable) energy and digital infrastructure);
