Veii Jacobs is a partner in the regulatory practice group. She is an administrative law expert and advises and litigates on predominantly energy law matters (renewables, heat, electricity, gas and REMIT), environmental law (environmental regulations and spatial planning law) matters and general administrative law (enforcement and subsidies).
Veii represents large energy companies, industrials, grid operators and their respective industry associations in legal proceedings vis-à-vis authorities and regulators and she works closely together with other members of the multidisciplinary Energy Team pertaining to the administrative law aspects of (renewable) energy projects and transactions (solar, wind, geothermal energy, green hydrogen, battery storage and CCS/CCSU).
Veii regularly publishes and teaches in her field of expertise.
