Jan Bart is a partner in Stek’s Dispute Resolution team. He is an experienced litigator specialising in complex and often cross-border commercial and corporate disputes, with a particular focus on corporate governance, restructurings and competition matters.
He advises companies, financial institutions, shareholders and directors in proceedings where legal, strategic and reputational interests are closely intertwined. He is regularly involved in matters featuring parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, complex governance issues and politically or socially sensitive contexts.
Jan Bart is recognised for his ability to navigate complex factual and legal issues and to lead large teams in high-stakes disputes.
