Stek advised HC Partners and its portfolio company Castellum Security on the acquisition of Fieten en Roos B.V.

Fieten en Roos is a security company active in the field of burglary and fire prevention and detection.
With this acquisition, Castellum strengthens its position as a security group active in burglary prevention, fire safety, CCTV surveillance, access control and emergency lighting.
