Stek advises Assa Abloy on EU Commission remedies sale of Record Holding to FAAC

As part of the remedies offered to the EU Commission in connection with the acquisition by Assa Abloy of Agta Record, Assa Abloy has sold certain of the businesses of the consolidated group, including Dutch Agta Record subsidiary Record Holding Nederland, to FAAC. Assa Abloy is a Swedish based global leader in access solutions operating worldwide with 49,000 employees. Stek acted for Assa Abloy in this transaction.
