Stek advised NWB Bank on the acquisition of a (part of a) sustainable loan portfolio from ASN Energie & Innovatiefonds (formerly known as ASN Groenprojectenfonds). The portfolio consisted of loans provided to 11 operational wind, solar and co-located BESS projects in the Netherlands with a total installed capacity of 290 MW.
The Stek-team performed the legal due diligence of the project finance documentation and advised on the subsequent acquisition and transfer of the loan portfolio to NWB Bank.
