HC Partners has reached an agreement on the sale of De Tandartsengroep, a leading provider of dental care in the Netherlands, to Oral Care. De Tandartsengroep operates 31 dental clinics and 8 dental laboratories.
With this acquisition, Oral Care aims to strengthen its position in the Dutch dental care market. The partnership between De Tandartsengroep and Oral Care represents a logical next step, as both organizations are committed to a decentralized model that allows clinics to maintain their autonomy while benefiting from shared resources and expertise.
The transaction is still subject to customary approvals from the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Closing is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025.
