Stek wins anniversary nomination ‘Best Dutch M&A Law Boutique’

Stek has for the fifth year in a row been nominated ‘Best Dutch M&A Law Boutique’ at the M&A Awards 2019 organized by Alex van Groningen B.V. (an award we won the previous edition). We are again grateful to our clients and peers for this nomination.

In addition we represented Stedin in the sale of Joulz to 3i, a transaction that has been nominated Best Deal of 2019. Finally, Stek was involved as M&A advisor, advisor financing or advisor of the W&I insurer in two nominated Best Deals Mid-Market (Parcom/247TailorSteel and Scandinavian Tobacco Group/Agio Cigars) and three nominated Best Small Cap Deals (Avedon Capital Partners/Brand Masters, HPE Groth/WeTransfer and NIBC&Rotterdam Port Fund/Rolande).

The awards will be presented at a festive ceremony on 12 December 2019. Click here for all nominations.
