Stek welcomes Rim Roomberg

We are pleased to announce that Rim Roomberg joined Stek as senior associate to strenghten our Corporate group. Rim specializes in corporate law in the broadest sense. He advises corporates, private equity firms and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and management participations. The majority of his matters are cross-border transactions or include foreign law.

Before he joined Stek in February 2018, Rim was with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for more than eight years, where he advised on both domestic and cross-border deals for both private equity funds as strategic parties.
