Stek welcomes Nynke Catsburg and Koen Groeneveld
We are delighted to announce that Nynke Catsburg and Koen Groeneveld joined Stek.
Nynke strengthens our Dispute Resolution group as an associate. She focusses on commercial and corporate disputes, including issues relating to contractual liability, financial contracts and directors’ and professional liability. Prior to joining Stek Nynke worked as junior associate in the Litigation department of Baker McKenzie.
Koen joins our Corporate group. He advises private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate law issues.
