Stek successful for Enduris in dispute with Arkema

Stek has successfully represented regional energy distribution company Enduris in an appeal before the Administrative High Court for Trade and Industry (CBb) brought by chemical company Arkema. Arkema appealed the decision of the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) in a dispute resolution procedure in which ACM had dismissed the complaint of Arkema and ruled that Enduris applies the correct electricity transportation tariffs. In its judgment CBb has upheld the dispute resolution decision of ACM and has rejected the appeal of Arkema.
