Stek shortlisted for Best Dutch M&A Law Boutique award
Stek has been shortlisted in the category ‘Best Dutch M&A Boutique’ for the M&A Awards 2015 organised by Alex van Groningen B.V. In addition, Stek has been involved in four out of the six transactions that have been nominated as ‘Best deal Midmarket’. In two of those transactions (Gimv/United Dutch Breweries, Parcom Capital/MAIN Energie) Stek was involved with respect to M&A advice and in four transactions (Egeria/Imtech Traffic & Infra, Egeria/Royal Sanders, Gimv/United Dutch Breweries, Parcom Capital/MAIN Energie) with respect to financing.
