Stek nominated ‘Best Dutch M&A Law Boutique’ for seventh year in a row
Stek has for the seventh year in a row been nominated ‘Best Dutch M&A Law Boutique’ at the M&A Awards 2021 organized by Alex van Groningen B.V. (an award we won in 2018). We are again grateful to our clients and peers for this nomination.
In addition we (Bart-Jan Heijnen and Herman Wamelink) represented Standard Investment in the financing of the acquisition of Sparck Technologies, an M&A deal that has been nominated ‘Best Small Cap Deal 2021’. Click here to vote for this deal.
