Stek has advised Rabobank and BLF on the financing of the acquisition of Sunmaster Nederland by Home & Garden Solutions. Home & Garden Solutions, formerly known as Outdoor Living Group, is the holding company that acquired Verasol in June 2017 and Gardendreams in 2019. Verasol and Gardendreams produce aluminium verandas, garden rooms, glass sliding walls, garden sheds and carports.
