Stek advises on the sale of shares in Rooftop Energy to NPM Capital

The Dutch investment company NPM Capital has acquired a majority share in Rooftop Energy Group, a company active in the business of designing, financing, owning and operating solar power installations on rooftops of primarily non-residential properties in the Netherlands. The founders of Rooftop Energy Group, Leendert Florusse and Raymond Steenvoorden, remain a shareholder and remain active within the company. Since its foundation in 2011, Rooftop Energy Group has already realized around 175 projects.
