Stek advises Nuts Groep on the acquisition of Robin Mobile

Nuts Groep, the fourth energy supplier in the Netherlands, has acquired all shares in Robin Mobile, a mobile telecom provider. Robin Mobile was founded in 2013 by Wilfred Rottier and was the first SIM-only provider that introduced an ‘unlimited’ offer whereby customers pay a fixed monthly amount for unlimited data, text messages and calling minutes. Nuts Groep purchased the shares from CEO and founder Wilfred Rottier and from investment company Ramphastos Investments. The acquisition of Robin Mobile by Nuts Grope fits within the strategy of Nuts Groep to broaden its products- and services portfolio.
