Stek has advised e-Tender service provider Mercell Holding AS on its acquisition of the leading Dutch e-procurement company Negometrix. The acquisition of Negometrix, with offices in The Netherlands, Bulgaria and the US,  represents a further step towards the strategic ambition of Mercell to become the leading provider of public e-tendering and e-procurement solutions in Europe.
