Stek advises Kuehne + Nagel on the acquisition of Rotra’s overland and logistics activities

Kuehne + Nagel has acquired Rotra’s overland and logistics activities of Rotra. Rotra is a leading family-owned logistics service provider with branches in the Benelux and Romania and a fleet of over 200 trucks. The inland, seafreight and airfreight activities do not form part of the transaction. Kuehne + Nagel is a Swiss listed global logistics provider, which by this acquisition expands its leading European overland network.
