Stek advises Foresco Group on the acquisition of Palletcentrale

Stek advised Foresco Group, leading provider of wooden pallets, packing services and pallet recycling, on the further expansion of its portfolio in the Benelux through the acquisition of Palletcentrale.

With 150 employees and six branches in the Netherlands, Palletcentrale is a major player in the supply, sales, repair and manufacturing of pallets. It supplies pallets to e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Coolblue and Bol.com and logistics companies such as DHL, UPS and Kuehne+Nagel. In 2022, Palletcentrale generated a turnover of approximately €80 million and sold over 6 million pallets. The transaction remains subject to clearance by the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets.

Foresco Group is a portfolio company of Dynamica, the investment vehicle of entrepreneurs Jan Ponnet and Cedric De Quinnemar.

Stek advised Foresco Group on all its acquisitions since its entry into the Dutch market in 2020. During this year alone, Foresco Group acquired Pallet Service Steenbergen & PSS Services (Steenbergen), Be-Pall (Lelystad), Stam Hout, Pallets & Kisten (Dordrecht), Mopal (Klundert) and Anker Pallets (Veghel).
