Stek advises Ennatuurlijk on the joint venture with BeGreen

Ennatuurlijk and BeGreen have jointly entered into an agreement with Nuon for the purchase of five heat grids located in Culemborg, Wageningen, Hilversum, Zandvoort and Velp Schoonoord. As from 1 January 2017 Ennatuurlijk and BeGreen will jointly operate the five heat grid installations. Stek advised Ennatuurlijk in relation to the joint venture and further structure of the cooperation with BeGreen.
