STEK ADVISES ENDLESS LLP IN ITS ACQUISITION OF IMTECH IRELAND

From the bankruptcy of Dutch technical services group Imtech, the English private equity firm Endless LLP has acquired the shares of Imtech Suir Engineering Ltd and its subsidiaries Imtech Suir MEC Limited, Imtech Suir Saoudi Arabia LLC and Imtech Suir Quatar LLC.
