Stek advises Egeria and its portfolio company Arcus IT on add-on acquisition of Tempero

Private equity investor Egeria’s portfolio company Arcus IT acquired the shares in Tempero from its shareholders. Tempero is a CRM specialist and a specialist in sales processes. Arcus IT has eight offices in the Netherlands and specialises in infrastructure, technical application management and workplace automation. Stek advised Egeria and Arcus IT in this transaction.
