Audax Digitaal has acquired online retailer BookSpot from Novamedia. BookSpot has an in-depth e-commerce expertise and is active on the Dutch and Belgium market selling books, e-books, music, films, series and games. Audax is a business platform for logistics retail with a focus on creating, marketing, distributing and selling print media, other products and services. Stek has advised Audax on this acquisition.
