Stek advised NewStore on the acquisition of HighStreet Mobile

NewStore Inc., an omnichannel cloud platform for retail brands worldwide headquartered in Boston, U.S., has acquired HighStreet Mobile based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. HighStreet Mobile is an innovative consumer app provider that serves fashion apparel and lifestyle brands such as Scotch & Soda, Jack&Jones and G-Star RAW. Effective 14 January 2022, HighStreet Mobile operates under the NewStore brand.

As a result of the HighStreet Mobile acquisition, NewStore offers a complete omnichannel solution, including point-of-sale, order management, inventory management, clienteling, and native consumer apps. The platform can be adopted all at once or modularly, depending on the brand’s omnichannel maturity.
