Yaël Boekhout

Yaël is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice group. She specializes in dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial disputes and financial litigation. She advises and litigates on a wide range of topics, including attachment and enforcement law, the termination of (credit) agreements, the enforcement of security interests, contractual issues, and disputes regarding the duty of care. Yaël completed the Grotius program in Financing & Security Interests with honors in 2025.
