Jochem Wind specialises in commercial and corporate dispute resolution. He advises and litigates on various (international) commercial and corporate disputes, including issues relating to contractual and tort-law liability, directors’ and professional liability, M&A related disputes and the enforcement of court orders.

Jochem is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and a board member of the Association of Young Litigators. He also regularly publishes in legal journals.
