Gilles Becker

Gilles is a senior associate in Stek’s corporate energy group. He advises corporates, developers, investors, financiers and other market parties on commercial contracting and the development, funding and execution of projects and transactions, with a strong focus on the energy sector.

Before joining Stek, Gilles worked as a lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, advising international clients on finance, restructuring and corporate matters. He subsequently worked as senior legal counsel investments at Polestar Capital and Colesco Capital, focusing on project financings for start-ups active in the circular economy and energy transition.
