Dawid Sztandera is counsel in our Restructuring & Insolvency practice group. Dawid brings extensive expertise, having spent 12 years at A&O Shearman, where he established a strong reputation as a highly skilled and pragmatic lawyer specialising in financial restructuring and financing. His experience includes advising banks, debt funds, medium and large corporations, (supervisory) directors, sponsors, and shareholders on a wide range of matters, from financial structuring to insolvency. Dawid has been involved in several high-profile international and domestic cases, successfully implementing various restructuring strategies both in and out of court, including the ‘WHOA’ scheme.
