Bernadette van den Broek

Bernadette van den Broek is Managing Director at Stek and, together with Herman Wamelink, responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. Drawing on her background in organizational psychology and her extensive experience in HR, coaching, mediation and organizational development, she combines strategic insight with a strong focus on people, collaboration and leadership.

Having worked in the legal sector since 2016, Bernadette brings a strong understanding of the market and the profession. Combined with the broad business experience she gained earlier in her career, including within family-owned businesses, this gives her a well-rounded perspective on leadership, organizational development and the long-term continuity of organizations.

Within Stek, Bernadette is involved in a wide range of organizational and strategic matters.
