Bernadette van den Broek

As Managing Director at Stek, Bernadette is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the firm. She oversees organisational initiatives, strengthens internal collaboration and ensures that strategy, people and operations are aligned. She also plays an active role in building and maintaining external relationships.

With nearly 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and a background in organisational psychology, leadership and business management, Bernadette combines strategic insight and commercial awareness with a deep understanding of people and organisations. Since 2016, she has held various roles within the legal sector, alongside broader advisory experience across industries including retail, broadcasting, professional services and technology. She has supported organisations through mergers, reorganisations and other periods of transformation, with a particular focus on organisational design, leadership and change.

Drawing on her experience in executive coaching, mediation and team development, she brings people and perspectives together, navigates organisational challenges and translates strategic ambitions into practical results.
