Alex Crespo van de Kooij

Alex is a senior associate in the Regulatory practice group and specializes in energy law.

He advises energy companies, project developers and investors on regulatory matters, contracts and permits in both the regulated and liberalized parts of the energy market.

Alex regularly represents clients before regulatory authorities and administrative courts, advises on the application of energy legislation, negotiates energy contracts, and is involved in project development, financing and transactions. He has a particular interest in the energy transition and how legislation and regulation can contribute to future-proof infrastructure.
