Draft bill on CO2 emissions tax

In this article Jan Erik Janssen discusses the draft bill concerning a CO2 tax on emissions from industrial installations. The national CO2 emissions tax is additional to the EU emissions trading system (ETS) and aims to ensure that the reduction target for industry as agreed in the Climate Agreement is achieved.
